Because Reishi is very woody and bitter, people often prefer extracts for potency and bioavailability, but powder still holds value in daily herbal wellness routines.

Reishi mushroom powder (Ganoderma lucidum, also called Lingzhi) is a finely ground form of the dried whole mushroom (fruiting body). It contains the full spectrum of Reishi’s natural compounds but is less concentrated than an extract. Traditionally consumed as teas, soups, or mixed into tonics, Reishi powder is used to strengthen immunity, calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote overall longevity.
