Prickly Ash Bark Powder comes from the bark of the Prickly Ash tree (Zanthoxylum americanum in North America, and related Zanthoxylum species worldwide). It’s sometimes called the “toothache tree” because Native Americans and herbalists traditionally chewed the bark or berries to relieve tooth pain.
