Gotu Kola powder comes from the dried and ground leaves of Centella asiatica, a small creeping herb highly valued in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Indonesian Jamu. Known as the “herb of longevity, Gotu Kola is a brain tonic, wound healer, and rejuvenator.

 

In Ayurveda, it’s called Mandukaparni, and it’s considered a medhya rasayana – an herb that nourishes the mind and enhances memory.
