Guduchi powder is made from the dried stem (sometimes leaves and roots) of the Guduchi plant (Tinospora cordifolia), also known as Giloy in Hindi. In Ayurveda, Guduchi is considered a Rasayana (rejuvenating herb), prized for its ability to boost immunity, detoxify the body, and promote long life.
