Rehmannia herb powder (from Rehmannia glutinosa) is a finely ground form of the root of this important Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herb. Known as Sheng Di Huang (raw root) or Shu Di Huang (prepared/steamed root), it’s one of the 50 fundamental Chinese herbs and is prized for its ability to nourish yin, replenish blood, support the kidneys, and promote vitality.

 

What is Rehmannia Herb Powder

  • Derived from the root of Rehmannia glutinosa.
  • Available in raw (Sheng Di) or steamed (Shu Di) versions, each with different actions:
