There are two main types:

  • Red Rooibos → fermented, sweet, mild.
  • Green Rooibos → unfermented, higher antioxidants, more grassy taste.

  • Unlike black or green tea, it’s naturally caffeine-free and low in tannins, making it gentle on digestion.
