Vanilla absolute essential oil is a highly concentrated natural extract from vanilla beans (Vanilla planifolia). It is obtained using solvent extraction because vanilla beans are too delicate for steam distillation.

• Not typically for cooking (unless food-grade)

Absolute oils are more concentrated and aromatic than essential oils obtained via distillation.
