Punarnava Powder
Punarnava is known in Ayurveda as a “mutrala” (urinary system tonic) and “rasayana” (rejuvenator) — excellent for the kidney, liver, and overall vitality, but should be used moderately.
Punarnava Powder comes from the root (sometimes leaves) of the Punarnava plant (Boerhavia diffusa), an important herb in Ayurvedic medicine. Its Sanskrit name, Punarnava, means “the one that rejuvenates the body”, because it is traditionally used for revitalization, kidney health, and fluid balance.
